Vocational Hospitality Studies Expert

Principales Obligaciones

There are two main objectives to this assignment:
Objective 1: Assess available vocational education competencies, and realign them with the needs of the local labour market and international standards;
Objective 2: Revision of Vocational Education Programs against the Vocational Education Policy Framework and Goals ensuring that labour market information analysis and proposed objectives are used to inform continuous adjustment of vocational programs and curriculum design.

Requisitos

  
Profile required:  Expert 4, Category II
o The consultant will possess a post-graduate degree in vocational or teacher training or an equivalent combination of credentials, knowledge, skills and abilities related to vocational education in the Vocational Hospitality domain
„X At least 10 years experience in vocational and teacher training in the vocational hospitality stream
„X Relevant experience with vocational education will have been at a school system, ministry of education and/or national/international levels
„X Extensive experience in curriculum and program development and human resource development (training) in vocational and technical education
„X Extensive experience in the use of labour market information in designing and delivering training programs
„X Experience/participation in development of job occupations and/or national or regional qualifications frameworks would be an asset.
